Floor Care Technician (Full-Time)
Your Role:
- Perform commercial carpet cleaning using low-moisture encapsulation and hot water extraction systems
- Execute tile and grout restoration, hard surface maintenance, and upholstery cleaning
- Operate specialized equipment including truck-mounted systems, rotary machines, and high-pressure extractors
- Document service completion with detailed photos and reports for strata councils and property managers
- Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and ensure job sites meet safety standards
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Take pride in delivering exceptional results and solving problems
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Physically fit (lifting 50+ lbs, extended standing/kneeling)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Valid BC driver's license with clean record
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Want to learn a skilled trade with long-term career potential
Experience:
Previous cleaning, restoration, or trades experience is an asset but not required. We provide comprehensive training and certification support.
