Services Provided
IRPRO Clean Services provides professional cleaning services including:
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Area rug cleaning
- Strata floor care services
- Commercial cleaning services
- Pet odor treatment
Scheduling and Appointments
- Services are provided by appointment only
- We require 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and electronic payments
- A service charge may apply for returned payments
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to areas to be cleaned
- Removing or securing valuable items from cleaning areas
- Informing us of any special requirements or concerns before service
- Ensuring pets are secured during cleaning
Liability and Warranty
IRPRO Clean Services is fully insured and bonded. We guarantee our workmanship and will re-clean any area that does not meet our quality standards at no additional charge if reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items damaged due to normal wear and cleaning processes.
Modification of Terms
IRPRO Clean Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
